Deepdale Poultry Farm

Clarke Group Construction have commenced the construction of 4no 300x66ft clear span steel structured poultry houses at Deepdale Farm in Chetwynd, Newport. The works commenced in November 2016.

The Northern border of the site is formed by the farms agricultural buildings, to the East the border is made up by a small wooded area, which the River Meese lies just beyond. The project entails the 66ft span, clear span portal frames which will be fabricated at our production workshops to our CE accredited and engineer checked calculation. All of the timber side panels and gables are manufactured in our workshops and transported to site using our own HGV vehicle driven by our own professional driver.

The internal of the houses will be clad with polyester coated metal cladding. The external of the houses will receive curved eaves and will be clad with polyester coated cladding. High welfare UPVC windows are installed which are argon filled and double glazed, these also have an anti-sun reflective coating, to allow 3% of the total floor area in natural daylight. This site has had installed a Monorail system to carry the goods per shed.

Clarke Group Construction will be providing a full turnkey package and be the appointed principal designer and principal contractor.
